Procurement Services



Procurement is the acquisition of goods and or services at the best possible cost, in the right quantity and quality, at the right time, in the right place and from the right source for the direct benefit of the client. Procurement includes Expediting, Supplier quality, Transport and Logistics in addition to standard purchasing.


Getting you the best deal

SPE sources the supplier(s) who can satisfy the requirement and does a back-ground review on the manufacturer, we do the negotiations and get the best deal.


The Purchasing Contract is either 

made by the client directly, or by Special Products Europe to the manufacturer. 


We handle the order until delivery takes place and control the necessary docu-ments. Financial completion of the order is to clients responsibility. All of this at a pre agreed fee or commission.


The Procurement Service offered by Special Products Europe generates proven cost savings for clients organisation.

Due to the demands of our clients, 

the inventory of SPE has grown over the years and consists of tens of thousands of items to fulfill our customers, ex stock, demands worldwide.
